As digital citizens, we have rights and responsibilities that must be addressed appropriately. Our rights include the right to privacy, free speech, and other basic rights. As it is within a functioning society, these digital rights come with responsibilities. We must all strive to define the ways in which we can use technology appropriately, as well as have discussions which address these in order to create a common understanding of what our rights and responsibilities entail.
